A life-size greening project at the Caisse d’Épargne offices in Lille. You’ll come face to face with an immense artificial oak tree over 4 meters tall, which seems to grow all the way to the top floor, and a customized plant wall to enhance the space.
A life-size indoor tree
The tree chosen was an artificial oak, selected for its foliage and round shape. The agency’s ceiling was pierced to create this “walk-through” effect. A bespoke round wooden table and four suspended swings were placed around the tree. The artificial oak was fixed directly into the agency floor for added stability.
Creation of a customized plant wall
We created a large, bespoke plant frame for the agency, using artificial moss and adding plants such as ivy, helleborine and ferns. Unlike a natural plant wall, this frame is highly realistic and requires no maintenance.
